Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia (HIMATEKK) Fakultas Teknik Universitas Al-Khairiyah mengadakan Latihan Kepemimpinan yang di hadiri langsung oleh wakil rektor 1 bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan bapak Ahmad Munji, M. PD, Kaprodi Teknik Kimia ibu Siti Hajir, M.T, dan biro akademik bapak Faizudin, M.Pd yang di adakan di Gedung aula kampus, Jum’at, (19/1/2024).

Acara ini berfokus pada pengembangan berbagai aspek kepemimpinan, seperti kepemimpinan dalam berorganisasi, kepemimpinan diri, dan kepemimpinan sosial.

“Kegiatan LDK ini dapat menumbuhkan sikap loyal terhadap himpunan khususnya HIMATEKK serta mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang menjunjung tinggi solidaritas dengan berladaskan ilmu pengetahuan,” ucap Siti Hajir dalam sambutannya.

Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK) merupakan bentuk kegiatan yang bertolak ukur kepada peningkatan sumber daya mahasiswa peserta untuk mendalami dan memahami tentang konsep-konsep atau dasar – dasar sebuah organisasi.
